Refund policy
we want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to provide you with the highest quality products possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for credit within 14 days
Once your package has been shipped, you cannot request a cancellation. You must request an exchange or return. Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered a FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, please contact us at support@belleroselk.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

We understand that returns can take some time to reach our warehouse, so we need returned items shipped within a few days (not delivered)!
Please be sure to contact us to receive a return authorization number BEFORE shipping the returned item(s).
All returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
If the customer changes his/her mind, he/she is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Processing refunds
Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded according to your original payment method. Damages and problems

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost or stolen parcels
Our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. VIOLATION OF POLICY
