regardless of where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers
around the world every day and strive to provide you with the highest level of service. To inquire about delivery to a specific country, contact us by email at support@belleroselk.com.

All orders placed will be shipped from the designated warehouse 
within 3 business days. During sales periods, allow up to 6
working days for shipping. If your order is not delivered on time, please contact us for assistance! If your order takes more than 70 days (standard shipping method),
we will refund the entire order and you keep the item. This provision does not
apply to stolen or lost products or to incorrect addresses. We always refer
to the tracking

 

Note: Please understand that shipping time, to most countries, 
will be longer than expected business days, due to COVID-19.



The delay in shipping is not only our fault, but also that of 
subcontractors, logistics and all other related services, such
as reduced air flights, some underserved neighborhoods or lack of
delivery people. ..
Don't worry, we will be here to track your order until you receive it, hoping everything goes well.

Please take into account public holidays which may impact delivery times.

 

We celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small sellers 
around the world to share their products. Some of our products
are shipped directly from our overseas sellers. Due to the nature
of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable. All our
shipping times are therefore given as an indication only and
specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.



I have not yet received my order:

If you have placed an order and we have not yet received it 
within the allotted time, contact us and we will help you figure
out what is going on. However, there is no point in taking
standard delivery (15 to 30 working days) and coming to collect
your package from us after 5 days. The same goes for express
delivery.
Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order
or obtain a refund from your financial institution without
contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will be required
to respond to a complaint from our company.
Customs fees:
Customers are responsible for customs fees, if applicable. 
We do our best to save you additional customs fees
by splitting large orders into multiple shipments.
Customs charges are random and we cannot guarantee you will get
any. Refusal to pay customs fees is not a valid reason to obtain a refund.



For pre-order or backorder items:
If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, we will ship the available items immediately and the pre-order or backorder items as soon as they become available. So if you've ordered several items at once and only receive part of your order, don't worry - you'll receive your other items shortly afterwards.


Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a cell phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the progress of your package. To track your parcel, please visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please use our order search form located here.
Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking information to appear.
